Private Onsen and Stunning Views We spent our Easter holiday in a Japanese style hotel, and we enjoyed the private hot spring bath with amazing views. the location was key, as our room had a window that framed the spectacular mountain and lake scenery, providing a magical experience. the added touch of piping water from a local hot spring to the onsen was a fantastic feature. the convenience of having an in-room coffee machine and cold-hot water dispenser was something we appreciated.
Slight Sulfur Smell we had a slight sulfur smell in our room when we didn't close the doors or leave the windows open, which was unpleasant at first, but we eventually got used to it. Despite that, the attentive staff, their friendliness and helpfulness made up for the small inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects included the friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs, the spacious and modern rooms with stunning views, and the private hot spring bath which was simply incredible. Additionally, the hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast served was delicious.

The private hot spring baths were amazing, and the views were breathtaking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area.
The smell of sulfur permeated the hotel and was extremely unpleasant. It ruined the experience and made it difficult to enjoy the amenities.

Friendly staff ensured that guests were comfortable and attended to even the smallest details, such as cooking food without salt with dietary restrictions.
